Shipping & Delivery

Misti Store patterns are sold as E-Patterns, electronic PDF files available via electronic download. A confirmation email will be sent to the email box you registered your Misti account with. For Qenko hand knit garments, we offer Free shipping for orders $100+ and $8 for orders under $100. We ship every business day. We work day to day to ensure that your products will arrive in perfect condition.

How long will it take to get my Misti products?
E-Pattern orders are available within minutes of your purchase. The E-Pattern confirmation email will be sent to your email box immediately. The time it takes to arrive at your email box will depend upon your internet & email service provider and connection speed. Inside the email you will find a link to click and download your E-Pattern! For Qenko garment orders, they should arrive within 3-10 days. Please keep in mind that these are estimated shipping times. Depending on your location, your shipping times may vary.

Do you provide tracking for my package?
Yes, after an order is shipped we will e-mail you with a tracking number for your product(s).

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means 100%. In case you receive a Misti product damaged or not the product you requested we will refund your full purchase price, no questions asked (Unless you want to give us feedback.). But, you are required to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can call us at Misti International, Inc. (Misti Store) at the following Phone & Fax 888-776-9276 extension 15 or by sending an email to estore(at)mistialpaca.com. We handle everything on a case by case basis and want to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchase.

If you are unhappy with a product and would like a replacement we will replace it with something of the same purchase price.

Misti International Inc. requests information from users on our order form. This is required to complete sales orders and to keep you up to date regarding its status.
